Shipping policy

Estimated delivery time is between 6 - 10 working days. Cost of shipping is €11.00 incl VAT except for all outdoor goods. You can get in contact with our customer service team between 9:00am - 5:00pm Monday to Friday to resolve any issues you may have with our shipping policies.

If you notice a problem at the time of delivery, immediately ask the carrier to make a note on the delivery slip stating "damaged parcel" or "missing parcel".
